NEW INSTRUCTIONS USING “ZOOM”
You have two options to join us remotely. Option #1 is to use an online application, by which you can choose to participate by video or audio only. Option #2 is to call in on your phone which allows only audio participation. We prefer you use option #1 as video participation will improve communications, but we’ve provided both instructions below.
Option #1: Online application
If you do not already have Zoom Launcher installed on your computer
- Visit https://zoom.us
- click on “JOIN A MEETING” from the top right
- Enter the following meeting ID:
Zoom Room #1: 776-544-7616. Click “Join”.
Zoom Room #2: 788-193-0730. Click “Join”.
Zoom Room #3: 845-774-0718. Click “Join”. - When the window pops up, click on “Open Zoom Launcher”. Download and run the Zoom Launcher application.
- Click on “Join Conference by Computer”
If you do have Zoom Launcher installed on your computer,
- Open Zoom Launcher
- If asked to enter the meeting ID:
Zoom Room #1: 776-544-7616. Click “Join”.
Zoom Room #2: 788-193-0730. Click “Join”.
Zoom Room #3: 845-774-0718. Click “Join”. - Click on “Join Conference by Computer”

Option #2: Phone participation
Call 1 647 558 0588 (you MUST press “1”). If this number does not work, check to see if the Canada conference number has changed at this link https://zoom.us/zoomconference
When the call connects you will be asked to enter your meeting ID followed by #.
